Cumberland County Schools has entered into a partnership with the North Carolina New Schools Project, the Center for International Understanding and Fayetteville State University (FSU) to plan an early college high school that will be housed on the campus of FSU (from August 2012) with an international studies theme. We are currently housed at E.E. Smith High School. Students will participate in language acquisition courses in Arabic, Mandarin, or Spanish. Graduates of the program will earn both a high school diploma and up to sixty hours of free college credit. MISSION All students will graduate globally competent, prepared to communicate, collaborate, and compete locally, nationally and internationally.
